Peel 2 pink lady apples and cut in slices.
In a cast iron skillet on medium heat add 1 tbs cultured or raw butter. Add the apples, 1/2 tsp sweet cinnamon powder (see older post about the difference between cinnamon) caramelize then set aside.
In a glass dish mix together 6 soy free organic eggs, 3 tbs raw milk. 1/2 tsp sweet cinnamon (verum), 1/8tsp vanilla bean powder, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract. (If it isn't combining blend in blender until smooth). Cut real sourdough (real sourdough shouldn't have added gluten or yeast in the ingredients) bread into slices then dip into egg mixture. Butter cast iron skillet again and add slices until golden brown. Top with apple slices and pure maple syrup.
