Just being honest here my workouts right now are not what they should be. I used to wake up at 5am and run anywhere from 5-9 miles 3-4 times a week. But since I got pregnant with my last pregnancy my workouts have dwindled to basically nothing. That is why I do something called burstfit workouts. They are 15-20 minutes of quick workouts such as jumping jacks, squats, push ups, etc. all that can be done in 15 minutes. This is where I am at right now. The goal is 5 times a week I do burstfit and a few times a week I get out and run for 30 minutes or walk. Eventually I will post different burstfit workouts I do.
