*For every 7 cups of water you will use 1 TBS of kosher salt.
1 whole chicken
14 cups purified water
2 Tbs Kosher salt
2 yellow onions sliced thick
6 big carrots peeled
3 Organic leeks trimmed cut off dark greens
6 garlic cloves peel leave whole
1 bunch of celery
3 parsnips cut ends off
1 Tsp organic turmeric powdeer
Start with 14 cups purfied water, add in 2 TBS raw apple cider vinegar. cover and let it sit 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes put on stove allow to boil then let it simmer. Add all other ingredients and cover with a lid and let simmer 12 hours. After 12 hours, break bones and let it simmer another 12 hours. Pour into glass mason jars and freeze to store if not using in the next few days.
