3 cups organic cranberries
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup organic cane juice crystals
1 TBS raspberry liqueur
In a saucepan put half of the cranberries (1 1/2cups) into the sauce pan with water and bring to a boil. The cranberries will start popping. Then add sugar and the raspberry liqueur. Let boil for 10 minutes. Then add other 1 1/2 cups cranberries and let boil for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally. It will become slightly thicker. You can either mash the cranberries or leave slightly chunky (what I do). Pour into glass mason jar and place in refrigerator or freeze.
