1 cup Raw Yogurt (or organic plain whole milk yogurt, raw kefir or organic kefir) 1 TBS Chia seeds 1 TBS Hemp Seeds 1 TBS Sprouted Flax Seed Powder Handful of Kale 2 TBS Raw Honey (you want it to be from local) 1 Banana 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Place the yogurt in the blender then add the chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seed powder, stir and let it soak for 5-15 minutes (Soaking chia seeds is very important as they can dehydrate you if not soaked). Then add other ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth.
