Meal planning can be a HUGE help! I actually plan for about 8-9 meals over a 2 week period which gives room for leftovers or eating at a friends house. What I do is I come up with what meals I am going to make on set days. Then I create a grocery list to go along, this way you aren't making unnecessary trips to the grocery store. Having the meals on the set days allows you to figure out what you need to pull out to defrost ahead of time or how much time you need to allocate to making dinner so dinner is on the table at a reasonable hour. This will alleviate a lot of stress, have a plan!
