My family has a history of oedema so diuretic foods are important for us! But oedema ca be caused by a hookworm parasite. If you suffer from oedema try doing a herbal parasite cleanse.
But here is a list of some of these foods that may help be a natural diuretic.
1. Lemons
I add fresh squeezed lemons to my water every day. I also use them when I juice.
2. Organic rolled oats
You will need to follow my instructions for soaking oats to make them more digestible and break down the phytic acid.
3. Celery:

4. Brussel Sprouts:
I shred these for a salad or roast them with coconut oil and balsamic
5. Ginger
I juice this
6.Beets
I juice these or make a raw shredded salad with them. I also roast them with leeks, balsamic and coconut oil.
7. Raw organic apple cider vinegar
I use this when I make salad dressings. I also will mix it with raw honey, cinnamon and some cayenne pepper and drink a few TBS.
8.Cabbage
I shred and eat in a salad. I grill it with olive oil and garlic. I juice it.
9. Cranberries
I buy fresh cranberries and freeze them and add them to smoothies. I also buy a fresh pressed organic cranberry juice. There are also cranberry capsules from megafoods that are great. I take these everyday.
10. Eggplant
I will cut these thinly and grill them with olive oil and garlic or I roast them and cut into thin wedges and make fries using coconut oil and sea salt.
11. Parsley
I garnish my food with it. I also juice it.
12. Caffeine can be a diuretic but use this more sparingly
13. Water!
Drink half your body weight every day
Drink reverse Osmosis.
AVOID tap water or any water that has fluoride or chlorine in it
