1/2 Head of Cabbage thinly sliced 2 TBS good Balsamic Vinegar (one that has been aged) 1/4 of a lemon juiced Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste 3 TBS chopped pistachios 2 Cuties/Clementines (or orange slices cut in half)
Place cabbage in a bowl toss with balsamic, lemon juice and sea salt. Place on a plate and top with chopped pistachios and Cutie slices.
